Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation and Forth Valley College Sign Landmark MoU to Drive Educational and Skills Innovation

Stirling, Scotland – 23rd September 2025

The Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Forth Valley College, marking the beginning of a transformative partnership to strengthen the link between education, skills, and innovation in Scotland and beyond.

The agreement reflects a shared ambition to deliver world-class programmes that empower learners, support industry, and position Scotland as a global hub for excellence in strategic learning and applied skills development.

Under the MoU, the two institutions will collaborate on:

  • Co-developing innovative academic and professional programmes that integrate strategic learning, foresight, and business excellence.
  • Expanding international engagement by showcasing Scotland’s educational and skills expertise on the global stage.
  • Supporting learners and employers through pathways that connect education, industry, and lifelong learning opportunities.
  • Fostering applied research and knowledge exchange to strengthen local and global communities.
