Jennie Reed is a Neurolanguage Coach, pronunciation specialist and experienced educator based in Scotland. With a DipTESOL (2019) and certifications in both Neurolanguage Coaching and Neurolanguage Coaching in Action, she combines linguistic expertise with brain-informed coaching principles to help learners develop clarity, confidence and authentic spoken communication. Jennie began her teaching career in Italy and Germany between 2010 and 2013. Her work since then has brought her into contact with learners from all over the world, giving her deep understanding of the pronunciation and communication challenges faced by international students transitioning into English-speaking environments. She founded Excellence in English Education in 2020, where she now works with international students, professionals and teachers seeking to enhance their spoken clarity and communicative confidence. Her approach is centred on accuracy, intelligibility and sustainable behavioural change. She designs structured pronunciation and communication programmes that integrate coaching tools, phonological training and confidence-building techniques, helping learners move beyond self-consciousness to express themselves clearly in academic, social and professional settings. She joins the Stirling Centre as a Senior Associate – Education Systems, contributing her extensive expertise in educational leadership, curriculum innovation, accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional transformation.

Currently serving as Principal of Falcon International School, Rania has successfully led strategic initiatives focused on academic excellence, future-ready learning, teacher development, and whole-school improvement. Her work is characterised by a strong commitment to creating inclusive, high-performing educational environments that empower learners and educators alike.

Rania holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s Degree in International Education. Her unique interdisciplinary background has enabled her to apply systems thinking, strategic planning, and innovation principles to educational transformation. She is a Cambridge-certified Trainer, School Leader, and Mathematics Item Writer, in addition to being a Certified Trainer accredited by Ain Shams University.

Scott is a specialist lecturer in firearms operations, command, training, post incident management, marauding attack / active assailant and decision making.

Scott retired from policing as Chief Firearms Instructor after a career spanning twenty eight and a half years. He held various high profile armed policing roles within Police Scotland and UK armed policing working groups. He performed the roles of armed response officer, firearms tactical advisor, operational firearms commander, police range safety inspector and national firearms instructor where he delivered both initial and refresher training.

He holds a Diploma in Police Service, Leadership and Management, certification in managing risk and assessing vocational achievement and finally, professional qualifications as a National Firearms Command and post incident management lecturer where he specialised in training delivery and is a subject matter expert. He has provided expert witness testimony to investigative bodies on police use of firearms, training and command decision making processes.

He is an accomplished and well respected training and development professional with a proven record in the management and delivery of complex national training.

His responsibilities as Chief Firearms Instructor included the design, delivery, and scheduling of all firearms training across Scotland from operational to command level. This training ranged between armed response, close protection, tactical rifle officer, CTSFO and all command roles. The training was nationally accredited, and quality assured on an annual basis. His management allowed him to introduce processes across Scotland to a large volume of students. Scott managed all firearms risks on behalf of the senior policing executive.

He was part of several UK working groups on setting policy around command training and delivery in various firearms specialist roles.

Scott has delivered training to firearms commanders from across the United Kingdom. Internationally Scott deployed to Jordan where he worked with several high profile agencies instructing specialist officers.
