About Our Logo

Our logo is more than a visual mark—it symbolises our values, origins, and vision.

Inspired by Stirling’s iconic Wallace Monument, the design reflects Sir William Wallace’s courage, ambition, and integrity, whose legacy guides our commitment to bold thinking and strategic leadership. Stirling itself, the “Gateway to the Highlands,” is a city rich in history and learning—a fitting metaphor for our mission of strategic education.

The logo features a stylised Wallace Monument, symbolising leadership and aspiration. An academic shield within the monument represents the rigour of learning, while a subtle graduation cap rising from the shield signifies achievement and lifelong transformation. Strong, modern lines convey direction and purpose.

Beyond honouring history, our logo looks forward, celebrating Scotland’s tradition of innovation—from the steam engine to penicillin. It embodies our mission to shape the future through strategic learning and innovation.
