Programme Structure

Stage 1: PG Certificate (60 Credits)

(Each module is 10 credits)

2. Innovation Strategy and System Design
   Learn how to architect innovation ecosystems that drive sustainable value creation.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
   Master data analytics and dashboards to make agile, informed business and policy decisions.
4. AI Ethics and Governance
   Explore the ethical, legal, and governance frameworks essential for trustworthy innovation.
5. Digital Disruption and Emerging Technologies
   Evaluate disruptive technologies shaping the future of business, society, and public service.
6. Industry Immersion Project
   A practical team-based assignment set by a real organisation, including site visits and presentations to client stakeholders.

Stage 2: PG Diploma (Additional 60 Credits)

(Each module is 20 credits)

1. AI Applications and Intelligent Systems
   Apply AI to real-world business, health, education, government, and beyond scenarios. Learn how intelligent systems can enhance productivity and insight.
2. Innovation Lab (Corporate/SME/Government Edition)
   A live, challenge-led studio where you work on a fundamental innovation issue with a partner organisation, guided by mentors and practitioners.
3. Capstone: Strategic AI Implementation
   Design and present an AI-driven innovation strategy for your organisation or a client partner. This includes stakeholder consultation and impact evaluation.
