The Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation (UK) and ASK Development (Pvt.) Ltd. (Pakistan) have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to design, deliver, and certify professional and academic programs across Pakistan. The agreement was signed on 27 September 2025 by Prof. Dr Alaa Garad, Founding Partner of the Stirling Centre, and Mr Arshad Akif, Chief Executive Officer of ASK Development.

Under the partnership, ASK Development will serve as the exclusive representative of the Stirling Centre in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), and Islamabad, and will be responsible for promoting and delivering international-standard training and academic programs locally. The collaboration will focus on leadership, innovation, futures foresight, business excellence, and industry-driven certifications, combining global expertise with local insight.

The initiative also includes student study tours, joint conferences, and locally customised training programs developed under the Stirling Centre’s academic umbrella. All programs will be co-branded and jointly certified, ensuring they meet international quality standards while addressing Pakistan’s evolving market needs.

“This partnership marks an important milestone in our mission to make world-class learning accessible globally,” said Prof. Dr. Alaa Garad, Founding Partner of the Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation. “Pakistan has enormous potential and a vibrant young population eager for growth. Together with ASK Development, we aim to create transformative learning experiences that empower individuals and strengthen institutions.”

Mr Arshad Akif, CEO of ASK Development, added: “Collaborating with the Stirling Centre allows us to bring globally recognised, industry-aligned programs directly to professionals and organisations in Pakistan. This partnership bridges the gap between local realities and international standards, helping Pakistan’s workforce thrive in a rapidly changing world.”

The collaboration reflects the Stirling Centre’s growing international footprint, expanding its presence in South Asia through trusted partnerships that deliver strategic learning, innovation, and excellence at scale.
