Stirling Centre Signs Strategic Agreement with BCC Kosovo to Advance Consultancy Excellence and Youth Development

Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation is pleased to announce the formal signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Business Consultants Council (BCC Kosovo), marking a significant milestone in strengthening international collaboration across the Balkans.

Signed on 24 March 2026, the agreement establishes a strategic partnership aimed at advancing Kosovo’s consultancy ecosystem, aligning professional standards with European Union frameworks, and empowering the next generation of leaders. At the heart of the collaboration is a shared vision to position Kosovo as a regional hub for consultancy, innovation, and professional excellence.

A Transformational Partnership

The agreement outlines a comprehensive framework of collaboration, including:

  1. The establishment of a Young People Unit (YPU) to support youth employability and leadership development
  2. The co-organisation of the Annual BCC Conference, introducing internationally recognised certification pathways
  3. The launch of new and expanded certifications, including:
    • Certified Organisational Learning Consultant (COLC)
    • Certified Business and Management Trainer (CMBT)
    • Certified Futures Foresight Leader (CSFL)
    • Certified Management Consultant (CMC Practitioner)
  4. Joint market intelligence surveys to inform policy and capacity-building initiatives
  5. Delivery of hybrid certification programmes in Kosovo
  6. Development of a regional publication: Balkan Business Growth & Strategic Learning Review
  7. Driving Impact Across Kosovo and the Region

The partnership also includes a national launch initiative in Kosovo, bringing together government representatives, private sector leaders, and international stakeholders to showcase the collaboration and its long-term ambitions.

Over the next three years, the initiative aims to:

  • Develop internationally certified professionals
  • Strengthen EU-aligned consultancy standards
  • Enhance youth mobility and employability
  • Position Kosovo as a leading advisory and innovation hub in the Balkans
